Available Wednesdays at AQWA’s Touch Pool at the session times indicated in the booking calendar.

Bookings are required to reserve a session. Walk-ins may be available on the day, but cannot be guaranteed.

AQWA Entry

AQWA Entry is included:

• Children aged 2 receive free entry* and pay only the activity fee. Choose the Toddler ticket.
• Children aged 3 and older require Child Entry, included in this product. Choose the Child ticket.
• Child Annual Members^ receive free entry and pay only the activity fee. Choose the Child Member ticket.
• Families can purchase a ticket that includes 2 Accompanying Adult Entries + 2 Child (3+) Entries + 2 Activities. Choose the Family ticket.
• Children that are NOT participating in the activity and any other accompanying persons (Adults, Seniors, Concessions/Students or Annual Members) can purchase Standard Entry Tickets.

*Children aged 0-2 receive FREE AQWA Entry when accompanied by a paying adult guardian.

^AQWA Annual Members must show valid membership card and photo ID upon arrival to secure the Member price.

Requirements

Children must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times.

Exclusions:

Not available for children aged under 2 years. Not recommended for children over 6 years.

Bookings do not include ‘priority entry’ to AQWA, so arrive with plenty of time before your booked experience starts.

Booking Terms / Cancellations / Refunds:

Bookings are cancellable and refundable up to 24 hours before the booked experience by contacting AQWA.

Cancellations within 24 hours, missed sessions or “no-shows” on the day will not have their booking refunded or rescheduled. Any Entry Ticket/s component within the booking is valid for 12 months and can be rescheduled to another date.
