Book a Starfish Discovery session for your little superstar! Kids aged 2-5 can join our friendly Ocean Guide in a calm, exclusive roped-off section of the Touch Pool to explore the special features of starfish. This fun-filled 15 minute session allows toddlers & pre-schoolers to learn through play, with thoughtfully selected toys, tools & props used for hands-on discovery. Explore how starfish move, what makes them unique, and how to care for them to earn an AQWA Superstar Badge! Finish with the opportunity to hold a real starfish in just the right way - assisted one-on-one by your Ocean Guide. It’s the perfect ‘little treat’ for starfish enthusiasts to make their day shine!
Available Wednesdays at AQWA’s Touch Pool at the session times indicated in the booking calendar.
Bookings are required to reserve a session. Walk-ins may be available on the day, but cannot be guaranteed.
AQWA Entry
AQWA Entry is included:
*Children aged 0-2 receive FREE AQWA Entry when accompanied by a paying adult guardian.
^AQWA Annual Members must show valid membership card and photo ID upon arrival to secure the Member price.
Requirements
Children must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times.
Not available for children aged under 2 years. Not recommended for children over 6 years.
Bookings do not include ‘priority entry’ to AQWA, so arrive with plenty of time before your booked experience starts.
Bookings are cancellable and refundable up to 24 hours before the booked experience by contacting AQWA.
Cancellations within 24 hours, missed sessions or “no-shows” on the day will not have their booking refunded or rescheduled. Any Entry Ticket/s component within the booking is valid for 12 months and can be rescheduled to another date.
