Appetizer (SUNSET EDITION ONLY): Yuzu swordfish, crispy wonton, sesame kewpie and seaweed with paired cocktail
Entrée: Kingfish crudo, whipped avocado, feta, chili oil, smashed cashew, lime pickled kiwi
Main Option 1: Beef two ways, seared beef fillet & beef press, truffle potato puree, asparagus, baby carrots, port gel and jus
Main Option 2: Roasted chicken breast, grilled cauliflower puree, potato dauphinoise, beetroot, whipped goats cheese, pancetta and green bean bundle with candied walnuts
Dessert: Dark chocolate and pistachio cheesecake with strawberries
Vegetarian/Vegan: A Vegetarian or Vegan meal will be available and can be requested when completing your booking

Bookings must be paid in full; places will not be held.
