  • APRIL MENU
  • Entrée: Swordfish lime crudo, pickled watermelon, melon gel, rocket oil, green chili dust
  • Main Option 1: Lamb rump & lamb press, sweet potato puree, beetroot, asparagus bundle, jus and whipped feta
  • Main Option 2: Lemon thyme chicken breast, pea puree, dauphinoise potato, baby carrots, merlot raison and jus
  • Dessert: Chocolate brownie, hazelnuts, Chantilly cream
  • MAY MENU
  • Entrée: Salmon crudo tacos, jalapeno and mango salsa, avocado mousse and spicy nut crumb
  • Main Option 1: Slow cooked beef cheek, cauliflower puree, dauphinoise potato, pistachio, asparagus, horseradish and jus
  • Main Option 2: Roasted pork fillet, sweet potato puree, braised red cabbage, bean bundle, apple and vanilla sauce with a cider reduction
  • Dessert: Hazelnut and white chocolate cheesecake with raspberries
  • VEGETARIAN/VEGAN: each course can be modified to suit, upon request.

Availability is strictly limited. Dates are not guaranteed. Bookings are essential and must be paid in full; places will not be held.
