Dine Beneath the Sea

Spoil a loved one (and yourself!) to an epicure's delight, at AQWA's exquisite Dine Beneath the Sea. Enjoy a specially crafted set menu by AQWA's Chef in residence as you take in the marine life swimming overhead. Browse the aquarium in an adult's only setting, before descending into the underwater tunnel to your table for two, to start your dining experience.

Bookings are for tables of two only. Bookings are essential, as tables are strictly limited.

Bookings are non-refundable.

No RAC or Member discounts apply for this experience.

When Booking:

Please select your preference of main meal when prompted in step 2.

Please state any dietary requirements in the special requests in step 3 at checkout, so we can modify your meal. We can accommodate Vegetarian, Vegan and Halal requirements as well as provide Gluten/Dairy/Egg/Nut intolerant friendly meals, however we cannot guarantee that there will be no traces of these common allergens.

Three Little Pigs – pulled pork with apple sauce; twice cooked pork belly with cherry and almond; Mexican pork taco with slaw and jalapeno salsa


Beef Twice – beef fillet & beef press, served with potato puree, baby carrots, brussel sprouts and horseradish cream
Roasted Chicken – chicken breast roasted and served with Thai green coulis, rice with pickled daikon, cucumber, chili, coriander and peanuts


Sticky date pudding, pecan brittle, vanilla mascarpone and toffee sauce

About Your Chef

Chris Barker arrived in Australia 13 years ago, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his years working in London, as well as in his home town of Colchester. Working his way around Australia from Melbourne to Cairns and eventually Perth, Chris has been appointed head chef at numerous top restaurants, from beachfront to inner-city venues.

Down to Earth and passionate about good food, Chris will provide a relaxed and memorable dining experience anchored by his elegant and well crafted menus.
