Opening Hours
MAR - NOV: 9am - 4pm daily. DEC - JAN: 9am - 5pm daily. FEBRUARY: 9am - 4pm weekdays, 5pm weekends.

Tickets are available to purchase at the gate or can be pre-purchased online for a smooth arrival.

Located 30 minutes from Perth CBD at Hillarys Boat Harbour: 91 Southside Drive, Hillarys 6025 WA.
Get DirectionsParking
Free parking is available throughout Hillarys Boat Harbour. Parking is limited and at a premium in school holidays. Plan ahead and give yourself plenty of time to find a bay.
Access
AQWA's entrance & exit has ramp access. Our Shipwreck Coast aquarium (the underwater tunnel) can be accessed via lift. The Marina Bay amphitheatre and aquarium can only be accessed with staff assistance via an access gate - our team will be happy to assist, just let our Reception staff know. If needed, complimentary wheelchairs are available at Reception.

Unisex RH accessible toilets are located outside, near the Touch Pool. An accessible cubicle is also located within both the Male & Female ablution blocks near Reception.

FAQsPrams
Prams and strollers are welcome throughout the venue. For your convenience, a dedicated pram parking area adjacent to Reception allows for drop-off at the start of your journey and pick-up just prior to exiting. Additionally, we recommend using a baby carrier if possible, to give your little one the best view of our aquariums!
Wagons
For the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, large pull along wagons/carts are not permitted in the aquarium exhibit areas and must be left in the pram parking area (medical equipment exempt). A number of complimentary, compact strollers are available for use from Reception should your child/ren need to put their feet up!
First Aid & Water Stations
A defibrillator is located at AQWA Cafe; a first-aid room is located near Reception. Free drink water fountains are located outside near the Turtle Rescue Centre and inside at the Cafe.

AQWA Ocean Guides are on-site every day sharing their passion and knowledge! Drop by one of our guided talks, feeds or interactions, included free with entry.
