Availability
Entry Tickets are available to purchase daily, either online or at the gate.
Entry Tickets purchased online will be sent direct to your email. Please check your junk/spam. If you do not receive purchase confirmation within 30 minutes, contact AQWA.
Entry Tickets are valid all day on the day of purchase/check-in. Arrive anytime.
AQWA is open 7 days. The only day AQWA is closed is Christmas Day (December 25). Open on all other public holidays.
Need To Know
Tickets Use
Tickets must be shown at Reception to gain entry.
Tickets purchased online will be sent direct to your email. You will receive a confirmation that contains your ticket/s and terms and conditions. Please check your junk/spam.
If you do not receive confirmation within 30 minutes, contact AQWA.
Mobile/e-tickets and printed tickets are both accepted.
Entry
Pre-purchased tickets, vouchers and/or annual membership passes DO NOT include priority entry.
There are NO ‘skip the queue’ options. A short wait may be required for any and all patrons on busy days.
AQWA has a patron capacity. Should that capacity be met, entry to the aquarium will be halted, even to those who hold a pre-purchased ticket. This is a rare occurrence but AQWA requests patience and understanding should this occur.
Cancellations / Refunds / Transfers
Entry Tickets are refundable for change of mind or may be transferred to an AQWA eGift Voucher (valid for 3 years). Please contact AQWA to request a refund or transfer on valid tickets.
