Live Underwater Podcast with Kurt Krispyn at AQWA
We're hosting Australia’s first LIVE underwater podcast from inside an aquarium, broadcasting from beneath 3 million litres of water! Hosted by Kurt Krispyn with AQWA Education Manager, Sasha Thompson, the podcast will take audiences inside Australia's largest aquarium, as the two divers present live commentary & fascinating insights about the marine life swimming around them. Visitors on the day can watch the action from inside AQWA’s underwater tunnel, while schools can be part of the conversation from the classroom! Teachers can stream the live podcast via AQWA's YouTube - your students might even have their marine question answered!

ABOUT KURT KRISPYN
- Kurt Krispyn is a marine scientist, filmmaker, presenter and PhD researcher.
- He has spent almost a decade working in university-based fish and marine research, with a special interest in estuarine animals.
- A skilled science communicator, he brings science research to life through films, podcasts and live events.
- Kurt hosted the world’s first live underwater podcast, which connected thousands of students and viewers with marine scientists live from beneath the ocean!
- His work is driven by one goal: to make science exciting, accessible and inspiring for the next generation.
