Birthday Party bookings are available Saturday & Sunday, excluding WA School Holidays.
Parties commence at 10am or 1pm.
Minimum 8 children, maximum 18 children.
Parties are suitable for children aged 4-16 only.
Bookings are essential and places are limited.
Aged 4 years+ only. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by at least 1 adult for every 8 children.
1 parent/adult is free of charge for every 8 paying guest.
Minimum 8, Maximum 18 per session. Should the minimum number of guests not be reached, a minimum spend’ equivalent to 8x the per head package cost will be applied.
*At times, there may be no rescue turtles in our care – Turtle Rescue Talk runs irrespective of turtles being on display in the Turtle Rescue Centre and covers facts around sea turtle care and the Rescue, Rehabilitate and Release conservation program.
The hosting parent/guardian should meet all party guests at the Reception terrace (just next to Reception doors). This Drop Off/Pick Up zone is a suitable space to gather your guests before being greeted by your Ocean Guide.
Your party is hosted by an Ocean Guide for the duration of the activity session. Post session, Ocean Guide will depart but party guests are welcome to remain in the aquarium/café (AQWA Entry is included for each paying guest).
No child under the age of 16 is to be left unattended in the aquarium at any time.
At the end of the party, the hosting parent/guardian must escort all guest children in their care to the Reception terrace to be collected. Parents/guardians of guests will not be permitted to collect from within the aquarium without an Entry Ticket.
Note: parents/guardians of the guest children will not be admitted to AQWA or AQWA Café without a valid Entry ticket. Additional adult parents/guests can receive discounted AQWA Entry; add them with the “Additional Adults” ticket in your booking.
