See things from a new perspective with AQWA's all-new, all-access Behind The Scenes experience; including MORE restricted areas to explore; updated tour content and a new unique animal feeding. You'll get the chance to experience a target-feed of our crawliest creatures: the crayfish! A Behind The Scenes pass is an AQWA lover's dream, taking you further into the aquarium than ever before, with up-close encounters, a glass bottom boat ride and standard AQWA entry, all included. This small-group experience is led by AQWA's knowledgeable Ocean Guides and has a maximum of 9 participants (must be aged 4+).

Sessions run daily, excluding Tuesdays.

Bookings are essential. Availability is limited and is subject to change without notice.

Need To Know
Requirements:
Participants must be aged 4+ years.
Children aged 4-12 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult for the entirety of the experience.
Enclosed non-slip shoes are recommended.
Participants must be capable of navigating stairs and walking for 30+ minutes.
Participants must wear a self-inflating life jacket (provided) for the Glass Bottom Boat component.
Exclusions:
Not available for children aged 0-3 years.
Bookings do not include ‘priority entry’ to AQWA, so arrive with plenty of time before your booked experience starts.
Booking Terms / Cancellations / Refunds:
Bookings are cancellable and refundable up to 48 hours before the booked experience.
Bookings cancelled up to 24 hours before the booked experience cannot be refunded but can be transferred to another date by contacting AQWA.
Cancellations within 24 hours, missed sessions or “no-shows” will NOT be refunded or rescheduled.
