Behind The Scenes Pass & Entry
A Behind The Scenes Pass is an AQWA lover’s dream. Access our restricted areas while enjoying a behind the scenes tour, glass bottom boat ride & watch an animal feed! Throughout your experience you'll gain insight into the day-to-day duties and responsibilities of our aquarists caring for the animals and exhibits, Spend the rest of the day enjoying the aquariums with your new VIP insight, as General Admission to AQWA is included!

Availability and Bookings
Sessions run Mon, Weds, Thurs, Sat and Sun*
Maximum 9 people per session.
Bookings are essential and non-refundable.

Booking Conditions
Participants must be aged 4+ years. Children aged 4-12 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult for the entirety of the experience.
Enclosed non-slip shoes are recommended.
Participants must be capable of navigating stairs and walking for 30+ minutes.
Pre-booked tickets do not include ‘priority entry’ to AQWA, so arrive with plenty of time before your booked experience starts, in case there is a queue.
Availability is limited and is subject to change without notice.
Missed sessions or “no-shows” will NOT be rescheduled or refunded. If you need to reschedule your booking, contact AQWA as soon as possible.
