Embrace your teen's passion for the sea, science and sustainability these school holidays! In this full-day experience teens get a taste of real marine research, by sampling for microplastics at the beach; recording data; identifying species; and using turtle-tagging equipment. Turtle Researcher is the perfect program for budding marine biologists and keen eco warriors, as we go deep into what it takes to research, rescue and rehab endangered turtles and fight the plastics plaguing our oceans!
This exclusive program will run from from 8.45am – 3.00pm on select dates during WA school holidays
Available to teens aged 12-16

Must arrive 10 minutes prior to start time for briefing and handover.
Participant to bring water bottle, hat and comfortable shoes.
Parent/guardian must read and provide signed copy of paperwork on arrival.
Once signed-in, children will not be permitted to depart from the program without a parent/guardian.
Parents are not required to stay for the program.
Minimum numbers must be met for program to proceed. If minimum numbers are not met, you will be offered al alternative date, program or refund.

Sea School is back with a splash! AQWA's pre-school program for ages 3 to 5 runs for 8 weeks and incorporates music, movement, crafts and close-up exploration of of your favourite creatures.
