BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL. As weekend places are limited a weekend booking is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. *Gift voucher number must be provided to AQWA on booking *Once voucher number is received by AQWA your booking is confirmed, the voucher is then considered redeemed.* Once a booking is confirmed it can only be changed or cancelled, up to 1-7 days before, by paying a variation fee of 50% of the original price. A 100% cancellation fee applies if you cancel less than 24hours from the time of activity -this includes changing your mind right before entering the aquarium *A minimum of Open Water certification is required to participate in Dive with Sharks *SCUBA Diving qualifications must be presented prior to diving activity. Original certifications, with photo, must be sighted. AQWA will not accept photocopied or hand written dive qualification records unless prior approval is made by management *All participants of the Dive program must sign an indemnity agreement prior to activity *SCUBA Divers under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent/guardian to be witnessed by AQWA on the day of the activity *All participants must be over the age of 15, be competent swimmers, be in good health and have no cardiovascular disease, asthma or epilepsy*AQWA reserves the right to cancel, amend or re-schedule activity without notice.* Qualified SCUBA divers who have not participated in diving activities within the last 2 years are recommended to complete a refresher course before participating in AQWA’s Dive with the Sharks program* No refund will be given to divers who arrive late and miss their “Dive with Sharks’ session time* AQWA takes no responsibility for dive gear hired from other sources, this includes air fills * Refunds for dive gear hired from other sources will not be given in the event of an activity being cancelled, amended or re-scheduled * PADI recommends that divers do not fly for 12 hours after diving. It is the participants’ responsibility to ensure that they follow this recommendation* Voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or misplaced. *Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred. This voucher is valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Dive must be booked and taken before the expiry date. No extensions apply.
