When purchasing from AQWA your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the industry standard. Prices

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the web site. All prices are inclusive of GST and all transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD). The price of the item(s) does not include any delivery or processing charges that may apply. E-tickets are sent via email. Physical products purchased from the Online Gift Shop will be charged a flat-rate for postage, which will be added at Check-Out. Prices can change and our latest price is always displayed on our website www.aqwa.com.au.

Payment

You can pay with any Visa or MasterCard. Your payment card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment is given at the time of order. You will be charged for items at point of order. Our liability to you in respect of an order shall be limited to the value of that order. We shall not be liable to you for any economic loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, wasted expenditure or depletion of goodwill which may arise out of or in connection with an order.

Cancellation/Returns/Exchanges

E-vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash. Please read the Terms and Conditions of the E-voucher carefully before purchasing.

Lost or stolen E-vouchers: E vouchers are to be treated as ‘cash’, they cannot be replaced and no refunds will be given.

Cancellation of Event/Activity: please see Terms and Conditions of the e-voucher for its re-booking policy (if applicable) in the event of a cancellation. Refunds for dive/snorkel gear hired from other sources will not be refunded in the event of an activity being cancelled, amended or rescheduled.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchased from the Online Gift Shop, we are able to replace, exchange, or refund the product based on the following criteria:

Damage: if the product is damaged, we will replace the item. In the event that the product is no longer available, we will happily allow an exchange or provide a refund.

Not as described/advertised: in the event that a product is not as expected based on the advertisement (image and/or physical description), we will happily allow an exchange or provide a refund.

Before initiating a return, please contact the AQWA Gift Shop between 10am-4pm AWST Monday-Friday on (08) 9447 7500 or email aqwashop@aqwa.com.au to discuss your return. Any returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Return-postage costs will be absorbed by the buyer. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging if applicable.
